Guo Biao, associate researcher, member of Communist Party of China. He graduated from Beijing Normal University and Peking University successively. He is now the Secretary and Vice-Director of Art Management Department of China Conservatory of Music, the Secretary-General of Committee of Higher Institute Music and Dance of Ministry of Education.

Tian Xuemei, Bachelor of Philosophy of Capital Normal University, Master of Laws of Renmin University of China. She had taught in Beijing Military Medical College, and she is now the Director of United Front Work Department of the Party Committee Propaganda of China Conservatory of Music and Adjunct/Associate Professor of Art Management Department.

Chen Nan, Doctor, Associate Professor. She was a visiting scholar to Oregon University of America and she is now the Vice-Director of Art Management Department.

Si Si, Director of Teaching and Researching Office of Art Marketing, the Doctor cultivated by Communication University of China and Case Western Reserve University, visiting researcher of Reuters Institute for the Study of Oxford University, part-time researcher of Communication Management and Researching Center of Jonkoping University, part-time researcher of Music Research Base of Traditional Music in Beijing.

Mou Xiaofei, lecturer of Arts Management Department, serves for art organizations like China National Orchestra and Art Foundation of Beijing Music Festival. He also cooperates with Ogilvy & Mather(China) as Creative Advisorship.

Li Xiaodan，teacher of China Conservatory of Music, Doctor of Media Economics. He had been studied in Austria and Germany.

Gao Yingjie, the Director of Performance Management Teaching and Researching Office of Art Management Department of China Conservatory of Music. She had been studied in UK and got Bachelor and Master degrees in Edinburgh Napier University and The University of Edinburgh.
